What we collect

• At checkout: your name + a WhatsApp number or email (for delivery and support only).
• Technical: IP country (to default currency), browser type (for compatibility).
• Transactional: order ID, product bought, payment amount, timestamps.

What we don't collect

• No credit card details — we never see them. Payments go directly to NayaPay / Binance.
• No tracking cookies, no ad pixels, no third-party analytics beyond basic server logs.
• No ID verification, no KYC documents.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for 365 days for accounting. After that it's deleted. You can request earlier deletion by WhatsApp.

Who sees your data

Only our support team, when handling your order. We never sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or deletion at any time via WhatsApp with your order ID.
